Turning Onchain
Activity Into
Real-World Impact

Every onchain interaction you make drives permanent value for nonprofits and causes. EvolveNP captures activity, converts it to value, and routes it transparently to the nonprofit communities care about.

Two ways in

Pick the door that's yours.

For nonprofits

A recurring funding channel that doesn't depend on another campaign, grant application, event, or donor ask. Three onboarding calls, one wallet, then monthly USDC. You never hold or manage the token.

For Web3 communities

A native impact layer for activity that's already happening. One cause, one Cohort Token, three verified nonprofits funded every month by protocol rules nobody can override.

What makes this different

One cause. Multiple nonprofits.

Most giving tools connect one donor to one organization. EvolveNP is built around a cause instead. Multiple verified nonprofits working toward the same mission share the funding generated by a single onchain community, so they're pulling in the same direction instead of competing for the same dollar.

How it works

How Onchain Activity Becomes Impact

Select any stage to see how activity moves through the protocol.

Step 01

Onchain Activity

People buy, sell, and trade Cohort Tokens onchain.

Each EvolveNP Cohort Token can be bought, sold, and traded through supported onchain markets. This trading activity is what powers the protocol and creates the fees that flow into the Treasury.

Built so we can't be the risk

What EvolveNP can't do.

The protections that matter are the things the system makes impossible, including for us.

We can't touch the money.

The Treasury has no withdrawal function. There is no key, no admin account, and no support ticket that moves those funds anywhere other than where the rules send them.

We can't change the rules.

Beneficiaries, split percentages, cadence, and fee are fixed when the contract deploys. Changing any of them would mean deploying an entirely new contract.

We can't stop it.

There is no pause button. Once a monthly event is due, anyone in the world can trigger it, so the payment doesn't depend on us being around.

We can't hide it.

Every fee collected, every swap, and every payment is a public record. You don't have to trust our reporting; you can check the chain yourself.

For nonprofits

What you'd actually have to do.

Three calls, then it runs.

  1. Intro and paperworkWe confirm your 501(c)(3) status and which cause cohort fits your mission.
  2. Wallet setupWe walk your team through creating a Safe multi-signature wallet. Your organization holds the keys, not us.
  3. Media training and dashboard walkthroughHow to talk about it, where to find your reports, and how to off-ramp to dollars through The Giving Block or Coinbase.

What this isn't.

  • Not a donation platform. There's no donate button and no donor list to build.
  • Not a grant. Nothing to apply for, no reporting requirements attached to the money.
  • Not an investment. Your organization doesn't buy, hold, or sell the Cohort Token.
  • Not a fundraising campaign. There's no ask to make and no audience to activate.
  • Not a crypto job. No treasury oversight, no token management, no protocol operations.
For Web3 Communities

Onchain Communities Can Stand for More.

Web3 has shown that people can organize around shared ideas, build culture across borders, and create systems that operate under transparent rules. EvolveNP carries that potential beyond the market by connecting community, technology, and shared purpose to causes people believe in.

Designed for Longevity

Immutable, automated contract logic allows each cohort to operate under consistent rules without depending on continued discretionary management.

United by Shared Beliefs and Values

Each cohort gives people a place to gather around a cause, participate in its community, and follow the impact created over time.

A Sustainable Bridge to Real-World Impact

Recurring onchain activity is connected to verified nonprofit funding through transparent, rules-based distributions.

Fair From the Beginning

Every cohort launches publicly under predefined rules, with no presale, private allocation, whitelist, or preferential access.

Questions we get

The five things everyone asks.

Do we have to hold cryptocurrency?

No. You receive USDC, a token designed to hold a value of one US dollar. Your organization never holds, buys, or sells the Cohort Token itself. You can convert USDC to dollars in your bank account through The Giving Block, which auto-deposits for a small fee, or manually through Coinbase at no fee.

What happens if the token price falls?

Monthly amounts vary. They're driven by how much trading activity a cohort sees, not by price alone, and they can be higher some months and lower in others. This is a supplemental channel that runs alongside your grants and events, not a replacement for them.

Is our organization taking on any risk or obligation?

Nonprofits participate as beneficiaries only. No financial rights, no management obligations, no token oversight, and no ongoing operational role. You're free to stop receiving distributions at any time. This isn't legal or tax advice, so please run it past your own counsel and accountant.

How do we report this to our board?

Each month you can download a report with the figures your bookkeeping needs. Every distribution also leaves a permanent public record, so an auditor can independently verify each payment rather than taking our word for it.

What does EvolveNP make from this?

EvolveNP takes a 1% platform fee from each monthly distribution event to run and maintain the platform. That's the only cut we take. We can't withdraw from the Treasury or change our own fee after a cohort launches.
