We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our websites, dashboards, and APIs (the “Services”), or interact with our on-chain software.

Quick summary

We’re a software provider. Nonprofits control their own wallets and keys. We don’t sell your personal information. Some blockchain data is public and cannot be changed or deleted once written on-chain.

1) What we collect

A) Information you provide

• Account & org details (name, email, password or SSO identifier, nonprofit name, Safe address).
• Support content (messages, attachments).
• Business info (role, billing contact).

B) Information we get automatically

• Usage & device data (pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, approximate location, browser/OS).
• Cookies & similar: session and analytics cookies.

C) Blockchain & public data

On-chain events emitted by your contracts and wallets (e.g., token transfers, swaps, forwards). This data is public by design and may be indexed by us or third parties.

D) Third-party sources

• Analytics & error monitoring (page performance, crash reports).
• Authentication (SSO provider gives us a profile token to verify login).

2) How we use information

• Provide and secure the Services (authentication, security logs).
• Product functionality (dashboards, alerts, exports).
• Improve the product (analytics, UX testing, debugging).
• Communications (service announcements, onboarding tips, notices).
• Legal & compliance (enforce Terms, respond to lawful requests).

3) How we share information

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery, support).
• Legal/disclosure when required by law or to protect rights or safety.
• Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition) with safeguards.

We do not sell or “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by US state laws.

4) Wallets, custody, and on-chain data

Nonprofits control their own Safe multisig wallets (3-of-5 with three nonprofit signers and two EvolveNP emergency signers). Our keys cannot move funds—only security actions like pause/unpause or allowlisted upgrades.

Blockchain transactions are public and typically irreversible. Your wallet addresses and activity may be visible even if you delete your EvolveNP account.

5) Data retention

Account & usage data: retained as long as necessary for operations, security, and legal obligations. Support records: typically 24–36 months. On-chain data persists indefinitely.

6) Your choices & rights

• Email preferences: opt out via unsubscribe links.
• Cookies: manage via browser settings or banner where required.
• Privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) by emailing privacy@evolve-np.com.

7) Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data.

8) Security

We use encryption, access controls, and audit logs. No system is perfect—use hardware keys/2FA and keep your devices secure.

9) Cookies & similar technologies

We use only strictly necessary and analytics cookies—no advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser.

10) International transfers

We’re a US company and use safeguards (like SCCs) for data transferred internationally.

11) Third-party links & services

We may link to or integrate third-party tools (wallets, DEXs, analytics). Review their policies before using them.

12) Changes to this Policy

We’ll update this Policy periodically. Changes will appear here with a new Effective Date. Material changes may be announced in-app or by email.
